RISK AND REMEDY CONSULTING
WIETA’s online system, risks and critical gaps are identified and remedy towards ethical accountability is developed through the consultative process process.
Managing ethical risk and adopting a remedial strategy has become a critical requirement across the wine supply chain.
Once a need is flagged a risk and remedy plan can be generated from aggregated supply chain audit results per region, sub region, cellar supply chain, or down to a specific farm depending on need of the particular client.
The Ethical Risk and Remedy consulting will service brand owners, wine organisations, wineries, cellars and wine farms within their supply chains through a comprehensive process, either pro-actively or post audits, to mitigate risks as highlighted through the audits.
The MIS and other relevant information will serve to highlight key risk factors and assist their clients with a bespoke remedial plan using the 5 Social Support
programs, or components thereof, to consult for actions and next steps identified.
The Risk and Remedial plan as discussed and agreed with the client, aligned against future audits, will assist in approved sustainable ethical practices and behaviors contributing to financial viability.
The Remedial plan’s actions and responsibilities will lie with the client and WIETA’s consulting role will be to assist with identifying all relevant corrective actions and connecting to all relevant systems and parties to action towards short and long term successes. WIETA will support throughout the process.
Another Consulting service is to support cellars with identifying their Risk matrix and how to mitigate the risks with the corrective actions available.
