‘On Farm Community’ Programmes – part of the Ethical Support Programmes at WIETA
Focussing on owner, tenant and community relationships and good management
The unique dynamics of both working and living together it often found on farms within the wine sector. This programme aims to engage with those living on the farms to reflect and use their individual and collective insights and skills to meaningfully contribute to the realities and challenges that those environments bring, so that they themselves can design and affect the solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity, in association and consultation with Cellars, to add value to the farms in facilitating positive shifts in relationships and productivity. The On Farm housing programme impacts ethical trading sustainability success as it is supports both workplace productivity and social and community cohesion.

FHC builds collective insights and skills to manage a responsible, ethical and thriving farm community through improved relationships and communication.
