Without effective communication and the ability to have respectful workplace relationships, no environment can survive or progress. It is vital to engage constructively and manage conflict that allows for further and future progression in the workplace.
This program allows for a workplace, through respectful working conversations to begin the process of reconstructing damaged relationships and environments and pro actively create opportunities and mechanisms to ensure that it becomes part of a healthy work culture. Through a series of facilitated conversations and support mechanisms, this social system will guide the workforce towards positive collaboration, changing the workplace culture to socially and ethically healthy environments.
The aim is to create an implementation plan that is both effective, achieving the goals to significantly shift dysfunctional communication and relationship dynamics that impact a productive and ethical workplace, AND efficient, following the smartest use of all resources available; time, budget, logistics, knowledge, towards a Communication and Relationship system in the workplace that significantly contributes to the success for all involved
Focusing on building a healthy communication culture that address challenges in the workplace pro-actively and positively, with respectful and robust work relationships that harness the differences and work towards the collective solutioning.
The goal of the CRP programme is to equip the workforce’s leader and worker levels with the skills and insights to significantly address and minimize negative behaviors and outcomes in the workplace such as:
The Programme has 3 different service offerings depending the communication and/or relationship need. Each of the offerings will have an intervention with support coaching for sustainable application in the workplace and runs over a period of approximately 5 months. Depending the needs the offerings may be combined.

respectful relationships that is supported by a coaching process thereafter
Offering 3: Courageous conversations programme
Monitoring and support given over the period of rehabilitation identified. Once programme has been completed final reports are generated and analysed for client’s continued application and monitoring.
