A facilitated intervention using a combination of video’s and group discussions together with role-plays to grow workers’ understanding of their rights and responsibilities within the ethical workplace. The intervention serves to empower workers with insights and skills to contribute meaningfully to productivity in an ethical workplace where all stakeholders work together positively. Managers attend the Producer Compliance workshop to understand their rights and responsibilities towards their workforce. WIETA’s website has Best practices and policies as well as the WIETA code to support the training.
